CD&R Associates V Limited Partnership, a Cayman Islands exempted limited partnership (Associates V) is the general partner of Fund V, with the power to vote and dispose of the shares held by Fund V. CD&R Investment Associates II, Inc., a Cayman Islands exempted company (IA II) is the managing general partner of Associates V and has the power to direct Associates V as to the voting and disposition of the shares held by Fund V. No person controls the voting and dispositive power of IA II with respect to shares owned by Fund V.
