CD&R Associates V Limited Partnership, a Cayman Islands exempted limited partnership (Associates V) is the general partner of Fund V, with the power to vote and dispose of the shares held by Fund V. CD&R Investment Associates II, Inc., a Cayman Islands exempted company (IA II) is the managing general partner of Associates V and has the power to direct Associates V as to the voting and disposition of the shares held by Fund V. No person controls the voting and dispositive power of IA II with respect to shares owned by Fund V. The reporting persons expressly disclaim beneficial ownership of the shares of SIRVA, except to the extent of any pecuniary interest, and this report shall not be an admission that the reporting persons are the beneficial owners of such securities for purposes of Section 16 or for any other purpose.
