Beteiligungs KG; and (iii) Managing Partners of Rho Capital Partners, Inc. ("RCPI"), the investment advisor to Rho Management Trust II ("Trust II"). Each of the Filing Persons disclaims beneficial ownership of the shares except to the extent of its pecuniary interest therein.
