CD&R Associates V Limited Partnership, a Cayman Islands exempted limited partnership (Associates V) is the general partner of Fund V, with voting and dispositive power over Fund V's shares. CD&R Investment Associates II, Inc., a Cayman Islands exempted company (IA II) is the managing general partner of Associates V with the power to direct Associates V as to the voting and disposition of Fund V's shares. No person controls the voting and dispositive power of IA II with respect to Fund V's shares. The reporting persons expressly disclaim beneficial ownership of SIRVA's shares, except to the extent of any pecuniary interest.
