GTCR Golder Rauner, L.L.C. ("GTCR") is the general partner of GTCR Partners VII, L.P. ("GTCR Partners VII"), which is the general partner of Fund VII and Fund VII/A. As such, GTCR and GTCR Partners VII may be deemed to be beneficial owners of 6,141,991 shares held directly by Fund VII and 4,211,444 shares held directly by Fund VII/A. GTCR is managed by its members. The Reporting Person is a principal of GTCR and a limited partner of GTCR Partners VII and may be deemed to have an indirect pecuniary interest in the 6,141,991 shares held directly by Fund VII and the 4,211,444 shares held directly by Fund VII/A.
