("Frontenac VIII LLC"), the general partner of Frontenac VIII Partners, L.P. ("Frontenac VIII LP"), which in turn is the general partner of Frontenac VIII. In such capacity, Mr. Cowie has a pecuniary interest in such securities held by Frontenac VIII.
