Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On May 29, 2007, Sharon L. Draper, Vice President - Finance, Secretary and Chief Accounting Officer of Atmospheric Glow Technologies, Inc. ("AGT"), resigned her positions and employment with AGT effective June 15, 2007 to pursue other career opportunities. She will assist AGT to properly transition her responsibilities on an interim basis to CEO Scott McDonald.
