- [F1]The stock option was granted on January 24, 2006 with monthly vesting in 48 equal installments beginning on February 24, 2006. On June 12, 2007, the Board of Directors authorized the cancellation of the option grant due to administrative errors in connection with the granting of the option and authorized the Corporation to replace the cancelled option with an identical grant from the same option plan. The replacement options contain identical exercise prices, expiration dates and vesting schedules to the cancelled options. For the new grant, 16/48th of the option vested immediately on June 12, 2007 with 1/48th vesting per month starting June 24, 2007.
