On June 12, 2007, the Board of Directors authorized the cancellation of the option grant due to administrative errors in connection with the granting of the option and authorized the Corporation to replace the cancelled option with an identical grant from the same option plan. The replacement options contain identical exercise prices, expiration dates and vesting schedules to the cancelled options.
