For estate planning and tax purposes, the Reporting Person sold these shares of Class A Common Stock in various open market transactions on June 15, 2007. Each share of Class B Common Stock is convertible into one share of Class A Common Stock and each share of Class A Common Stock is entitled to one-tenth of a vote per share.
