Contrary to footnote 2 in the Form 4 filed August 15, 2007, the Company has chosen to pay the withholding taxes through the disposition of common stock shares to the Company. The Company is currently evaluating whether to pay the withholding taxes for shares that vest under the March 13, 2006 grant through the disposition of common stock shares or through a payroll deduction of the cash amount of the tax. If the Company chooses to withhold through a payroll deduction of cash, future Form 4 filings will no longer be required to report the monthly disposition of shares for tax withholding under the March 13, 2006 grant to the reporting person.
