- [F1]Prior to July 15, 2008, 41,460 shares were held in a trust established by the reporting person's mother for which the reporting person was the trustee. In late 2007, the reporting person's mother passed away and pursuant to the terms of her will and the trust, the shares held in the trust were distributed in equal portions to the reporting person and his sister. Accordingly, the reporting person remained the beneficial owner of 20,730 of the shares, although they are now reported as being held in his revocable grantor trust.
