Michelle P. Worden, Executive Vice President of EvergreenBancorp, Inc.'s wholly owned subsidiary, EvergreenBank, submitted her letter of resignation advising that the date of her departure would be October 2, 2009. Ms. Worden, in June 2009 had advised that she would be retiring after over eighteen years with the organization and has remained to facilitate an orderly transition of her duties.
