Blackstone Management Associates IV L.L.C. is the sole general partner of each of these entities.

Simpkins, both directors of the issuer, are members of Blackstone Management Associates IV L.L.C., which has investment and voting control over the shares controlled by each of the above entities, and may be deemed to be beneficial owners of such shares. Mr. Stephen A. Schwarzman is a founding member of The Blackstone Group L.P. and, as such may also be deemed to share beneficial ownership of the shares controlled by the above entities.
