("BCI"), and BCI, as the sole general partner of Brookside Capital Partners Fund, L.P. ("BCP"), may each be deemed to share voting and dispositive power with respect to shares held by BCP. Mr. Ferrante, BCM and BCI disclaim beneficial ownership of such securities except to the extent of their pecuniary interest therein. On March 10, 2010 and March 11, 2010 BCP sold 152,331 and 66,095 shares of Common Stock, respectively. Following such sale, BCP held 1,003,887 shares of Common Stock.
