ABHA and AIMCO/NHP are each a wholly-owned subsidiary of AIMCO/Bethesda Holdings, Inc. ("AIMCO/Bethesda"), which in turn is a wholly-owned subsidiary of AIMCO Properties, L.P. ("AIMCO Properties").
