The terms of the replacement option are identical to those of the original option. The expiration date for these stock options is January 28, 2020 rather than January 29, 2020 as previously reported in the Form 4 filed on February 2, 2010. The option was originally granted on January 29, 2010 and the shares subject to the option vested on January 29, 2011 and are exercisable.
