- [F2]On May 21, 2013, the Company withheld an aggregate of 72,312 shares to satisfy Mr. Alberga's tax obligations due upon the issuance and vesting of certain equity awards pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Separation and Severance Agreement dated May 21, 2013 between Mr. Alberga and the Company. The Company inadvertently made an error when calculating the withholding tax, resulting in 115 excess shares being withheld. On September 20, 2013, the Company corrected the error, and the additional 115 shares were issued to Mr. Alberga.
