Each RSU represents the right to receive one share of Company common stock upon settlement. Generally, the vested RSUs will settle in shares of Company common stock in equal installments on March 31 of the years 2015, 2016 and 2017 (with earlier settlement in the case of the reporting person's death, disability or termination of service).
