- [F1]On May 2, 2022 a Form 4 was incorrectly filed stating that a transaction for the sale of common stock of Lithium Boron Technology, Inc. by Jimin Zhang closed on 4/29/2022. The initial Form 4 erroneously reported the date that the certificates were issued by the transfer agent. As of this date no shares of common stock have been sold by Mr. Zhang as reported under the prior Form 4. Under the terms of the private stock purchase and sale agreement the sale of the stock will occur when consideration is exchanged which is expected to occur at a future date. Mr. Zhang will submit the appropriate Form 4s as each sale is consummated. A form the Stock Purchase Agreement will be filed with Mr. Zhang's amended report on Schedule 13 D.
