In accordance with the Companies Act 1985 (as amended) the Company was informed
on 27 November 2006 by HBOS plc, on its own behalf and on behalf of those of its
subsidiaries which held a material interest ("HBOS"), that they no longer have a
notifiable material interest in the Ordinary Shares of  the Company.
