                                               Notification of Major Interest in Shares

In  accordance  with the  Companies  Act 1985 (as  amended)  the  Company  was  informed  on 27  December  2006  that  Lehman  Brothers
International  (Europe)  ("Lehman") had decreased  their holding by 27,615,141  since their last filing on 18 December  2006.  Lehman's
revised holding amounts to 48,699,054 Ordinary Shares of 10p each, representing 6.46% of the issued share capital of the Company.
