- [F1]Associated Banc-Corp common stock share holdings within our nonqualified Deferred Compensation plans were restated by our third-party administrator due to a historical record keeping discrepancy they discovered in the stock valuation, transaction postings and postings of reinvested dividends. Because the pricing of the common stock fund investment they were incorrectly tracking for participants was different than the pricing of the Associated Banc-Corp common stock participants were actually investing/transacting in, share positions have now been changed to correctly reflect the corresponding change in value following the insider's reposted transaction history with the correct Associated Banc-Corp common stock investment. Share changes are the result of those valuation, transaction postings and dividend reinvestment corrections. The insider had no control over the valuations or the timing of the corrections.
