On June 16, 2003, Deltagen, Inc. (“Deltagen”) announced the resignation of its interim chief executive officer and interim chief financial officer and announced further developments that may affect its $5 million secured bridge loan and its previously announced private placement. Further details regarding this announcement are contained in Deltagen’s news release dated June 16, 2003 attached as an exhibit hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
