Regulation FD Disclosure.

On December 3, 2003, Roadway Corporation (“Roadway”) issued a press release announcing that Roadway and Yellow Corporation (“Yellow”) will host a meeting for investors and analysts on December 10, 2003 at 4:30 p.m. EST. The meeting will be held at the Sofitel Hotel, Grand Ballroom, 45 West 44^th Street in New York City, New York. An update on the pending acquisition of Roadway by Yellow will be provided by the two companies. A copy of the press release issued by Roadway is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 attached hereto.
