Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement

On January 31, 2007, the Loan and Security Agreement between Resorts International Hotel, Inc., and Commerce Bank, N.A. was amended. The Amendment extended the maturity date of the company’s revolving credit facility to March 31, 2007.
