Regulation FD Disclosure

FastenTech, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release on April 19, 2007, announcing that it extended the expiration date of the cash tender offer and consent solicitation for any and all of its outstanding 11-1/2% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2011, from 12:00 Midnight, New York City time, on April 18, 2007, to 5:00 p.m. New York City time, on April 26, 2007, unless otherwise extended or earlier terminated by the Company. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
