Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On May 12, 2008, Mr. Aramis Alvarez resigned from all positions with the Company and its subsidiaries, including his position as Senior Vice President, Worldwide Services. Mr. Alvarez had served as the Company’s Senior Vice President, Worldwide Services since June 2003.

On May 14, 2008, Mr. Markus Remark was appointed as the Company’s Senior Vice President, Worldwide Services. He has been with the Company since 2003 and has had responsibility for its services business in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia/Pacific regions.
