SEOUL, South Korea, February 6, 2009 — Pixelplus Co., Ltd. (NASDAQ: PXPL), a fabless semiconductor company in Korea that designs, develops, and markets CMOS image sensors for various consumer electronics applications, today announced that the Nasdaq Hearings Panel has determined to deny the Company’s request for continued listing on the Nasdaq Capital Market, and will suspend trading of the Company’s shares effective at the open of business on Friday, February 6, 2009.

The Company will issue a separate announcement as and when new developments unfold in this case.
