Other Events.

On April 22, 2009, Ocean Shore Holding Co. (the “Company”) announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.05 per share. The dividend will be paid on or about May 29, 2009 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on May 8, 2009. A copy of the press release dated April 22, 2009 is filed as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
