(b) On January 28, 2011, Mr. Bernard Colpitts departed as Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of Harry & David Holdings, Inc. Mr. Colpitts’ departure was effective as of January 28, 2011. Until the appointment of his successor, his duties have been assumed by Edward F. Dunlap, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President.
