Other Events

On April 15, 2011, Alfa, S.A.B. de C.V. (ALFA) and AT&T issued a press release announcing that they have reached an agreement pursuant to which Alfa will acquire AT&T’s 49% stake in Alestra, S. de R.L. de C.V. (Alestra). Once this acquisition is completed, ALFA will be the sole shareholder of Alestra.

A copy of the press release is attached to this Report on Form 6-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
