On July 19, 2011, BankUnited Financial Corporation, a Florida corporation, together with its subsidiaries BankUnited Financial Services, Inc. and CRE America Corporation (collectively, the “Company”), filed its monthly operating report for the period from June 1, 2011 through June 30, 2011 (the “June Monthly Operating Report”) with the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida.
