On August 16, 2011, BankUnited Financial Corporation, a Florida corporation, together with its subsidiaries BankUnited Financial Services, Inc. and CRE America Corporation (collectively, the “Company”), filed its monthly operating report for the period from July 1, 2011 through July 31, 2011 (the “July Monthly Operating Report”) with the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida.
