On September 15, 2011, BankUnited Financial Corporation, a Florida corporation, together with its subsidiaries BankUnited Financial Services, Inc. and CRE America Corporation (collectively, the “Company”), filed its monthly operating report for the period from August 1, 2011 through August 31, 2011 (the “August Monthly Operating Report”) with the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida.
