On October 28, 2011, BankUnited Financial Corporation, a Florida corporation, together with its subsidiaries BankUnited Financial Services, Inc. and CRE America Corporation (collectively, the “Company”), filed its monthly operating report for the period from September 1, 2011 through September 30, 2011 (the “September Monthly Operating Report”) with the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida.
