On December 7, 2011, BankUnited Financial Corporation, a Florida corporation, together with its subsidiaries BankUnited Financial Services, Inc. and CRE America Corporation (collectively, the “Company”), filed its monthly operating report for the period from October 1, 2011 through October 31, 2011 (the “October Monthly Operating Report”) with the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida.
