On December 20, 2011, BankUnited Financial Corporation, a Florida corporation, together with its subsidiaries BankUnited Financial Services, Inc. and CRE America Corporation (collectively, the “Company”), filed its monthly operating report for the period from November 1, 2011 through November 30, 2011 (the “November Monthly Operating Report”) with the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida.
