Eindhoven, January 3, 2012 - NXP B.V. today announced the redemption of $80,000,000 of its U.S. Dollar-denominated Senior Secured Floating Rate Notes due 2013 effective December 31, 2011. NXP B.V. had issued conditional redemption notices for these notes on November 30, 2011.
