On April 30, 2012, Mr. Xiaoyu Zhang resigned as a member of the board of directors of Wonder Auto Technology, Inc. (the “Company”) effective immediately. There were no disagreements between Mr. Zhang and the Company with respect to any of the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
