The registrant does not have a board of directors. The registrant’s general partner, Ceres Managed Futures LLC (the “~~CMF~~General Partner”), is managed by a board of directors.

Effective ~~December 6~~June 13, ~~2011~~2012, ~~Mr.~~Brian Centner ~~Michael~~resigned ~~McGrath~~his noposition ~~longer serves~~ as aChief ~~director~~Financial Officer of ~~CMF~~the General Partner.

Effective ~~December 6~~June 13, ~~2011~~2012, ~~Mr.~~Damian ~~Colbert Narcisse~~ George was appointed aChief ~~director~~Financial Officer of ~~CMF~~the General Partner.
