On October 24, 2012, The Boeing Company (“Boeing”) issued a press release reporting its financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2012. The press release includes information relating to financial results of Boeing Capital Corporation (“BCC”) for the quarter ended September 30, 2012, and is being furnished pursuant to Item 2.02 of Form 8-K.
