On January 30, 2013, The Boeing Company (“Boeing”) issued a press release reporting its financial results for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2012. The press release includes information relating to financial results of Boeing Capital Corporation (“BCC”) for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2012, and is being furnished pursuant to Item 2.02 of Form 8-K.
