Other Events

Declaration of Distributions

On March 1, 2013, the board of directors of O’Donnell Strategic Industrial REIT, Inc. (the “Company”) approved and authorized a daily distribution to stockholders of record as of the close of business on each day of the period commencing on March 1, 2013 and ending on May 31, 2013. The distributions will be calculated based on 365 days in the calendar year and will be equal to $0.001780822 per share of common stock per day, which is equal to an annualized distribution rate of 6.5%, assuming a purchase price of $10.00 per share. The distributions of each record date in March 2013, April 2013 and May 2013 would be paid in April 2013, May 2013, and June 2013, respectively. The distributions will be payable to stockholders from legally available funds therefor.
