On September 26, 2013, PSEG is meeting with investors sponsored by the International Strategy and Investment Group LLC at PSEG’s corporate headquarters in Newark, New Jersey. PSEG will reaffirm earnings guidance previously furnished in Exhibit 99 on Form 8-K dated September 24, 2013.
