Departure of Officer

On December 30, 2013, Jonathan B. Rudney resigned from his position as President and Chief Executive Officer of Century Exploration Resources, LLC. Mr. Rudney will continue to serve as a member of RAAM Global Energy Company’s Board of Directors. Mr. Rudney’s resignation is effective as of December 31, 2013.
