On September 30, 2014, the Company amended the Alion Science and Technology Corporation Employee, Savings and Investment Plan (the “Plan”) by adopting the Fifth Amendment to the Plan dated as of September 30, 2014 (the “Amendment”).

A copy of the Amendment is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 4.14, and it is incorporated by reference as if it were fully set forth herein.
