Effective February 23, 2015, Mr. Anthony Everett resigned as a Director of our company. Mr. Everett’s resignation was not the result of any disagreements with our company regarding our operations, policies, practices or otherwise. Our board of directors now consists of Jim Dickson and Mike Gibbons.
