POLL RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

HELD ON 19 MAY 2016

Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 19 May 2016 (the “Announcement”) on poll results of the annual general meeting held on 19 May 2016.

The Company would like to clarify that due to an inadvertent mistake, the poll result referred to in item 3 (Against) as set out in the Announcement was wrongly stated to be 0.92239%. The correct poll result should be 0.092239%:-
