In connection with the CMBS financing~~,000,000 ~~the~~aggregate ~~Depositor~~principal ~~will~~amount ~~offer,~~of inCommercial aMortgage ~~private~~Pass-Through ~~placement~~Certificates, ~~$512~~Series ~~million commercial~~2016-~~mortgage~~TOYS ~~pass-through certificates~~ (the “Certificates”), representing beneficial interests in a trust fund consisting of floating-rate first mortgage loan obligations of the Company.
