OnIn ~~December 9,~~connection ~~2016,~~with ~~Nuveen,~~the anpreviously ~~operating~~announced ~~division~~liquidations of ~~TIAA~~the ~~Global Asset Management, announced that~~ Nuveen Diversified Commodity Fund (“CFD”) and Nuveen Long/Short Commodity Total Return Fund (“CTF,” and together with CFD, the “Funds”) ~~intend~~and torelated ~~liquidate~~termination ~~and~~of ~~distribute~~trading ~~their~~of ~~net~~each ~~assets~~Fund, toon ~~shareholders.~~December ~~Each~~27, ~~Fund~~2016, ~~trades~~NYSE MKT filed a Notification of Removal from Listing and/or Registration on ~~NYSE~~Form ~~MKT~~25 with the Securities and Exchange Commission with respect to each Fund.
